Necessary to cancel the SriLanka membership from Commonwealth organization and UN - Canadian MP

Canadian parliamentarian Jim Karygiannis announced it’s necessary to cancel the SriLanka membership from Commonwealth organization and United Nation where the government fail to stop its criminal activities in the country.

Swiss Tamil Forum organised protest campaign at 2.00 pm in front of railway station last afternoon on demanding UN to hold independent investigations on genocide attacks carried out by the Lankan government against Tamil’s in the country.

Tamil people from various parts of the world present at this protest. During the time of protest protesters raised the posters which brief the death of Balachandran.

Tamil Nadu doctor, professor Thayappan delivered the speech of guest of honor. Addressing the gathering Canadian Liberal party parliamentarian Jim Karygiannis went on to say,

I’m proud to be with you in this protest. We thoroughly condemn the genocide attacks carried out by the Lankan government against Tamil community.

Lankan government well aware on failures faced at the UNHRC session, he said.

France Municipal council members, Italy human rights activists, international delegates and Tamil Nadu supporters were also present at this protest.
